Kathmandu: The Former MPs' Forum, Nepal has expressed its grief over the demise of Nepali congress leader and former Minister Chakra Prasad Bastola.
The organisation of the former parliamentarians of Nepal has extended heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family, his relatives, colleagues, party and the well wishers, praying for eternal peace to the departed soul.
It has remembered the late leader as a dedicated democratic fighter.
Bastola who was bed-ridden for around six years due to brain hemorrhage passed way on Saturday night at the age of 72.
He was cremated at the Pashupati Aryaghat yesterday.
